As Jays announced earlier, they plan to introduce the new X-Jays with their quadruple balanced armature earphones in Q2 this year. I won’t digress about the difference between dynamic drivers and balanced armatures right now (which I’ll do soon, I promise!), but know that this is the same technology that was previously used in the super tiny Q-Jays, but these where “only” dual armature earphones.
To bad it’s not for another three months before we can enjoy the worlds first quadro armature earphones, but Jays will launch the slightly less exotic A-Jays and T-Jays this month.
Several other interesting earphones will come out of Sweden these months, but so far no word about P-Jays. Bummer!
